How can I choose my size?
According to the product, you can choose a certain size from our chart.
The length is calculated from the shoulder down.
Where do you ship to?
We are based in the UK, but we also ship to the USA, Canada, mainland Europe, and as well as other countries.
What is the shipping time? When will my order be delivered?
According to our shipping policy, the product will be delivered to your home within [20-40 BUSINESS days] after the date of payment.
Express delivery costs start at an additional charge and will ship in [7-15 BUSINESS days].
Can I change my mind before my order ships?
We give the customer [24 business hours] to amend or cancel their order; if they do so after that time, [a 25% restocking fee] will be deducted from the total. After [3 BUSINESS days] we do not allow any cancellations.
Where is my tracking number?
Your tracking number is updated against your order and provided to you through email. To view, these details on your order ID, log into your account. Please send an email with your order number and question to support@bismillahshop.co.uk if you do not see the tracking number attached to your order after 7 business days.
Do you have a physical store location?
We operate online and don't have a physical location at the moment.

What products can't be returned/exchanged?
Standard items can be returned or exchanged.
Items for children can ONLY be exchanged for a different size.
Products that are on Sale/Clearance CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
Some gift items CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

The item does not look like the product picture! Why?
Every style has a unique silhouette, and it will seem differently on persons of various sizes. One item may fit someone in a large size while another may fit in a somewhat different size. This is because everyone's body structure is different.
What appears darker on one computer or phone may appear lighter on another device. There is therefore some variation.

Why am I required to cover return shipping costs?
The cost of return shipping must be paid by the customer because it is paid to third-party courier services. This cost is not recovered in the event that an item is cancelled or returned. Many companies bake this cost into the prices, but we do not to keep prices low for our customers.
If my shipping address is outside of the UK, do I have to pay customs duties?
Orders from the UK are exempt from duties. The customs laws of your country apply internationally. Your border customs may impose a duty on you. Please refer to your nation's customs regulations.
